We learned how to love each other through the ups and downs, laugh through the chaos, and grow together every step of the way. After a year and a half together, Hannah planned a photoshoot - completely unaware that Dylan had his own plans for the day. In the middle of a wide-open field, he got down on one knee and asked her to spend forever with him. It was the sweetest surprise and the perfect start to this next chapter.
